“BAD PIGGIES” is a spin-off of the hugely successful Angry Birds series, developed by Rovio Entertainment and released in 2012. Instead of launching birds at structures, players construct increasingly elaborate vehicles and machines to help the mischievous green pigs reach their objectives. The game’s music reflects its playful and chaotic character, combining catchy melodies with energetic and humorous musical ideas. This big band arrangement brings that music into a new setting, where the colourful sounds and rhythms of the original are given the full power and versatility of a jazz ensemble.
