The text for “DYEVA MARIA” was written by Anastasia Andersson and describes the Holy Mother, the Virgin Mary. In the score, the first verse is presented in Russian using Cyrillic script, together with a Romanized transliteration to assist singers who do not read Russian. The second verse is an English translation of the first.
“DYEVA MARIA” may be performed by boys’ choir or women’s choir, with solo treble or soprano.
